SBPA offers following Scholarships:

SBPA encourages children of our Association Membership to further their education by participating in the SBPA Scholarship Program. Students demonstrating academic ability and leadership in their school, community, and extracurricular activities may earn financial assistance to attend the accredited community college or university of their choice.
Successful candidates receive $1,000 per year (CDN) for the first two years of study leading to a degree from an accredited community college or university.
The SBPA must receive applications from potential candidates no later than July 15th this year.
Programs is offered to members in good standing in order for the student to qualify for the second year of the scholarship.
The student's parent or guardian must be an active full-time employee with at least one years seniority with the SBPA or member company as of July 15th, in the year of application. Applicants must be high school seniors preparing to enter an accredited community college or university in the fall term, and attain a minimum average of 75% in the last year of high school.
The SBPA reserves the right to withdraw a scholarship should the student's parent(s) or guardian(s) voluntarily leave the employment of the SBPA or member company, or if employment is terminated for just cause prior to the start of the school year, or if the company terminates its membership in the Association.

SBPA encourages business, business studies and education in the field of insurance and financial services industry. SBPA will provide 1 Scholarship for $1000 for students of Community Colleges or University studying in the field of Business and or Financial Services Industry.

SBPA understands that internationals students studying and settling in Canada will be contributing lot to Canadian economy and work force in the future. SBPA board has committed 1 scholarship of $1000 for international students of Community Colleges or University studying in the field of Business and or Financial Services Industry.
Responsibilities and Obligations of the Winner
Academic ability is defined as a 75% average or better in the last year of high school or CEGEP.
The decision of the Scholarship Committee and the SBPA is final and not open to appeals. SBPA reserve the right to withdraw any of the scholarship programs anytime without any notice.
